Gerhard Lauck

We are pleased to announce the latest addition to our speakers list for the July 17th Rally at the State Capitol in Lincoln, Gerhard Lauck of the NSDAP/AO.

For those of you who do not know, Gerhard Lauck is the American NS publisher who was arrested in Denmark in the 1990s and then deported to Germany to stand trial for sending NS newspapers into Germany.

Free speech and NS are banned in Germany, and Gerhard Lauck was sentenced with a felony and detained in a German prison for several years, for mailing newspapers from America. Upon returning to America, he has endured continued harrassment from Freedom of Speech hating Politicians.

The County Prosecuter in Lincoln (Mr. Gary Lacy) filed felony forgery charges against Gerhard Lauck for not reporting he was a felon on a gun permit, even though the felony was a Free speech issue in Germany not America.

Comrade Lauck beat that charge, but only after Mr. Lacy wasted tens of thousands of taxpayers money on a witchhunt (hiring translators to research German laws, and other misappropriations of Nebraska's taxpayers $) all to imprison a man over FREEDOM of SPEECH, again!

The NSM stands in Solidarity with Gerhard Lauck in his battle for freedom of speech.

We intend to deliver the message to the people of Nebraska, send Mr. Gary Lacy and every other enemy of Free Speech packing.

Men like Gary Lacy, seemingly hate the U.S. Constitution and they attempt to bend the laws to suit their own selfish interests.

We National Socialists do not stand idle while our Comrades are being unjustly attacked.

Thank you to Mr. Gary Lacy/County Prosecuter in Lincoln, NE., your injustice has forced us to come to Lincoln.
