Commander Schoep and everybody in the National Socialist Movement congratulate Donna on a hard battle which was well fought against tremendous odds.
Bob Chiarelli won the election with 104,595 votes.
Upson had been viciously attacked in the Jew-owned Canadian media prior to the election, and attempt had been made by Jewish groups to force her out of the race.
The National Socialist Movement is one of several active National Socialist groups based in the United States.

Mayor Bob Chiarelli
is obviously running scared. In an
interview with The Ottawa Citizen (Thursday, July 10, 2003) he said, "Part of the democratic process is to
push the freedom of speech envelope as far as possible."
But he also wants to
limit who can run for mayor.
"Perhaps there needs to be a better weeding-out process for
candidates," he told the Ottawa Citizen.
"All it takes is $200 and a signature to run for mayor."
He seems to be of the
opinion that the only candidates who should be allowed on the ballot are people
who share his policies and views.
It's not as though
Ottawa is overwhelmed with mayoral candidates.
Despite the low qualification barrier there are only five of them. Ottawa voters are not going to have to
select their candidate of choice from the telephone directory.
The cause of
Chiarelli's concern is the National
Socialist Movement's Donna Upson who filed nomination papers on May 14
for the Ottawa Mayoralty.
Mitchell Bellman, executive
director of the Jewish Community Council of Ottawa said that Ms. Upson should
not be invited to the all-candidates' debate and, if she is, the other
candidates should refuse to participate.
"We have to be vigilant as a city that's she's
not allowed to use the legitimate forms of debate in the mayoral race to spew
hatred," Bellman told the Ottawa Citizen, adding that if she was allowed
to debate, that the Jewish community would viciously attack any candidate who
agreed to be seen with her.
Bellman makes no odds about it. He is not in favor of diversity. Anything or anyone who stands in the way of
international Jewish hegemony will be "viciously attacked".
Chiarelli at least
says he wants to preserve the diversity of his city. But clearly he only wants diversity that accords with his
prescription.
